Client Centred, Expertly Guided

Welcome to The Neurodivergent Health Practice. We are a team of neurodivergent specialist HCPC Registered and BPS Chartered Practitioner Psychologists. We have doctoral level qualifications combined with a passion for supporting neurodivergent people in their personal, educational and work lives. We offer adult ADHD assessments, specialist ADHD and autism coaching, therapy and holistic wellbeing support. Our approach is holistic, and we have expertise in education and workplace support.

We offer assessments in person in Glasgow or remotely.

We Are Health Psychologists

Why Is This Important?

Health psychology explores how biological, psychological, and social factors interact to influence health, wellbeing, and healthcare experiences. Health psychologists are uniquely positioned to support neurodivergent individuals because they focus not only on diagnosis or symptoms, but on how people think, feel, communicate, cope, and engage with health systems in everyday life. Using evidence-based approaches, health psychologists work collaboratively to understand sensory, cognitive, emotional, and environmental needs, reduce barriers to care, and support sustainable behaviour change, self-advocacy, and quality of life in ways that are affirming, practical, and tailored to the individual.  We are uniquely positioned to work with you on areas of your health including for example, sleep, menopause, IBS, chronic fatigue or low mood.

About Us

At The Neurodivergent Health Practice, our team of Practitioner Psychologists is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based diagnostic ADHD and Autism assessments and psychological support to neurodivergent people and their families.

Both members of our team are HCPC registered Practitioner Health Psychologists trained to doctoral level and have extensive experience working with clients with a range of neurodivergent conditions. We are committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research, best practice in assessment and best approaches in our field to ensure that we are providing the highest quality care to our clients.

Our approach is neuro-affirmative, with key knowledge and skills in supporting both 'male' and the less explored 'female-presenting ADHD', later diagnosis, and masking tendencies.

We are passionate about access to in-depth supportive ADHD diagnoses, Autism diagnoses and post-diagnostic therapeutic and coaching support for Autism and ADHD.
